The amount of money we spend on education is important but not as important as how the money is spent.
If money help a man to do good to others, it is of some value, but otherwise it is simply a mass of evil, and the sooner it is got rid of, the better.
The establishment of a public library, containing books on education, would be well suited for the information of teachers, many of whom are not able to buy expensive publications on these topics.
